Always include ALL details when complaining or telling Lies! Details are important____JARED approached us about buying the house because his friends live nearby. $439,000 was the price given at the time which was the early part of 2024, right before the market began to make a quick shift...AND WE did apologize after realizing we would be upside down in the house and lose anywhere between $80K-$100K on the property (WHO HAS THAT AMOUNT TO LOSE IN A PROPERTY). After emailing ALL details of the buying process, Jared wanted his father to inspect the property BEFORE signing a contract. ANYONE in Real Estate knows this is NOT standard procedure. 1. Sign Contract 2. Due Diligence (which is when the property is inspected) Jared continued to insist that his father go inspect the property before signing the contract... We broke the news to him that this wouldn't work out and he didn't like it; hence this review. At any rate, the property has sold for $510,000!!
