This seller was disgruntled because he had to pay some extra fees that were not expected at closing. Nothing about what they are saying about the title company is accurate, nor did I bypass my broker. I pride myself on being completely honest and trustworthy with all my clients which is evident from my other reviews and countless references I can provide. This is just a classic example of how it's impossible to please everyone.
