    Chase and Devon, We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience with the sale of your home. Your home was listed days before Covid hit and we did everything we could to get your home sold. You had only owned your home a short time and didn't have a large amount of equity to work with so it caused an additional challenge, as you know. You were put in the hands of one of the very top listing agents in Hillsborough county, not just abandoned. Not filing your Homestead exemption 2 years in a row and then putting your home in Forebearance during the listing period, then not notifying your listing agent, really did not set you up for any kind of success. The fact that you posted this review is really disappointing. We didn't randomly move. There was a need from our family to be closer, and we listened and responded to it, and it is exactly what you were doing as well. None of the business we received during the time of listing your home came from new construction or was directly linked to your home. We did not use your property to gain other business. We are not exactly sure where you have gotten this information. We wish you the best. Janelle and Doug
