Property owners decide whether to process an application - - in your case, they chose not to consider 6 unrelated adults for their property. Furthermore, by both email AND text message promptly responded that if another property of mine came on the market that would fit your needs you would be the first to know. Lastly, REI does NOT offer "tenant placement" services to find you a rental. Despite this untruthful review of the actual events that took place, I wish you only the best in your rental search.
