Thank you for your review, unfortunately the seller and listing agent was a fraud . As your buyers agent, Thankfully I had an awesome closing attorney that prevented you guys from buying land that would never have a clear deed. There are agents that would’ve went thru with the transaction, but not me. Thankfully I had you guys protected in your contract and you received your earnest money back. It was a blessing working with you all and I will always make sure my clients are protected. Sorry for the inconvenience and best of luck for finding your dream property.
