I am glad I responded in quick order to show you the home. I am sorry the lender I referred did not respond to you in timely order to compete with another buyer who was already pre-approved to buy the home. While I refer buyers to various lenders, I cannot predict their timeliness and securing financing is always the buyers responsibility. Nevertheless, I do have a preferred lender now featured on my Zillow profile. He will respond quickly.
