Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2015 in Ravenna, OH.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsVery bad communication. Couldn't sell our house. We let her go and got someone different. Would have showings and would never hear back. Went probably 2 1/2 to 3 weeks without hearing from her.

This is a false review. I provided communication at least every 10 days. Addressed all buyers objectives. I brought them 20+ showings in six months, plus two qualified buyers. One of which they refused to allow me to show because the listing was about to expire. I spent extra money to postpone a flight to see family for the holiday so that I could show the house to a third qualified buyer whom I found through advertising their home. I was also not let go. They wanted to re-list with a newly licensed friend to do him a favor after our listing agreement expired. Home didn't sell because of the roof and knob and tube wiring.
