This man contacted me about a listing of mine & asked me to represent him. It became apparent to me that he felt that if I earned both sides of the commission, he would benefit. I let him know that there were multiple offers and to make the best offer he could based on market data. When provided with the data, he decided to make a low offer & said: "...you can push it through". I reiterated that I negotiate impartially. Ultimately there were 11 offers. When I informed him that his offer was rejected, he became upset making the false accusations herein. I had not represented any other buyer & the accusations are untrue & unfair and he now has now dragged me into a public forum to try & ruin my good reputation. His claims that I did not follow-up with him are also a mis-statement & are a significant misinterpretation of what actually happened. I feel badly that he felt unfairly treated & I wish him success in finding a home that suits his needs at a below market price.
