    ¡Gracias por la reseña, Eli! ¡Aprecio tus amables palabras! Como mencioné, esta propiedad pertenece a un banco y pudimos negociar $5,000 menos que el precio de lista, lo cual representa un gran ahorro considerando que las propiedades de los bancos generalmente no se negocian mucho, o nada. Para aclarar la diferencia: las propiedades de los bancos (también conocidas como ejecuciones hipotecarias) pertenecen al prestamista y generalmente se venden tal como están, con poca flexibilidad en cuanto a precio, reparaciones o concesiones. Por otro lado, las propiedades de reventa (casas vendidas por propietarios individuales) suelen permitir una mayor negociación en cuanto a precio, reparaciones y contribuciones del vendedor a los costos de cierre. Si hubiéramos comprado una propiedad de reventa, probablemente habría habido más margen para negociar un trato aún mejor para ti. Aun así, dadas las circunstancias, me alegra que hayamos podido conseguir esta propiedad por debajo del precio de lista; ¡fue una gran victoria!
