There is an amazing and very unique story to this home... I helped my little brother and his wife sell this home a few years back. This was their first home. This home has many firsts... I made sure to tell the Listing agent about your concerns, and I talked to the inspector as well. It was amazing working with you on this purchase. From the phone call I got from your sister, to listing her property, fighting tooth and nail to get you the correct financing and get you into that home... That was by far one of the best feelings I have had in this business. You see all the time, people in a tricky position (self-employment etc.) that can't obtain financing.... and look at you and your children. YOU ARE HOME OWNERS!!!!
