I am very sorry this is how you felt. I also feel the transaction was difficult. It was a tough situation for many reasons. We went in and out of contract not due to anyone’s fault, these things happen. We had a lot of moving parts that needed to come together that we have no control over. . I do not remember anytime I was not responsive within a reasonable time. I spend a lot of time and effort trying to take care of clients. Sometimes things going smoothly and sometimes there are a lot of bumps in the road. We hung in there and we found solutions and we got the property sold.
