I’m grateful for every client who entrusts me with the opportunity to help them buy or sell a home. Serving others in what can often be an emotional and life-changing process is a responsibility I take seriously and with pride. While I deeply value feedback, I must respond when accusations cross into defamation and harassment—particularly in a case like this, where the claims are not only false but continue to escalate in tone and contradiction. This review was written nearly a year after the transaction closed and appears to have been posted in retaliation after a Yelp review, also written several months from the close, was removed for violating content guidelines. Unfortunately, Zillow will not remove this review until I file and win a legal suit that expressly requires them to do so. Since that is not timely, I’m taking this opportunity to address a few of the many inaccuracies. To clarify just a few key points: • I never advised this seller to accept or reject an offer. I provided a written breakdown of estimated net proceeds for different offer/counter scenarios and clearly communicated the deadline. She responded in writing with her preferred counter, and I followed her instructions exactly. • The claim that I “padded fees” is false and also impossible. Agents do not create or modify lender fees, taxes, insurance premiums, or closing cost allocations—those are generated by licensed lenders, title companies, and underwriters. As the seller’s agent, I do not control these fees and often don’t even see the buyer’s charges until the final settlement statement is issued near closing. • I returned to the property multiple times at the seller’s request, including on the day she now claims I didn’t. She asked me in writing to adjust the thermostat and thanked me afterward. In a separate review, she contradicts herself by accusing me of being there and falsely claiming I stole cleaning supplies. • Regarding the home inspection, I was happy to assist. I shared my location only to give an ETA and personally returned to move the seller’s vehicle so the inspector could access the attic—avoiding a costly re-inspection. • I was not let go from any brokerage. I’ve received exemplary customer service awards for seven consecutive years and have worked in great partnerships with my previous brokers. I left my previous company on excellent terms to become the principal broker and owner of my own company, Prosper Realty, to better serve my market and community. Though this seller did not express dissatisfaction until the day of closing—and could not articulate clear concerns at that time—she has since posted multiple, contradictory reviews across various platforms. I’ve remained professional and focused. To everyone who continues to trust me with their real estate needs, thank you. I will always strive to provide service rooted in professionalism, transparency, and compassion—no matter the circumstances.
