My family moved from Wheatland Wy to Sheridan in 1979 when my father (John Sr.) became the Principal at Big Horn High School.  In 1981 I went to work for KROE Radio in Sheridan. That turned into a 42 year radio career. In 1984 I moved on to  Laramie, then Cheyenne, then 32 years in Denver radio.
