This one took a bit longer than the "Typical Escrow" but it's not often I get the pleasure of my clients getting a brand new septic system and as we found out, it not a speedy process. It was such a pleasure getting to know you both and to find a beautiful home fully furnished with owned solar on a 1/2 acre made this even more special.
