    Thank you for your comments. It is unfortunate that our business relationship had to come to an end. As you know I represented you twice before. In both cases, I did an outstanding job, and you must have agreed as you called a third time. I do regret taking a listing that was overpriced, and against my better judgment. I wrestled with the decision I have had to make only one time prior, and that was to "fire a client". As stated when we listed the property, you the client could "fire me" as your agent at any time, if you were unhappy with any part of my service, or if I didn't do something I stated I was going to do. (Note: The listing was active for 106 days before I terminated the listing contract.) I have learned over the years, I am not perfect, and I will accept fault at all times as the customer is always right. With that being said, I wish you only the best, and sincerely apologize for any communication breakdowns that may have occurred.
