    There is a lot to unpack here, all I can say is that thus us the first negative review I had received in 23 years. The market started to cool off and seller wanted an as is sale no contingencies however also priced on higher side of the comparable sales. The home was a townhouse and typical buyer is a first-time buyer, in most cases 1st time buyers don't have enough cash to close on an as is sale therefore the demand was low. After trying to manage expectations we were unsuccessful. We did get an offer from an FHA buyer however the home didn't appraise at value. Seller would not reduce the price which is understandable however this was the only solid offer we received. We tried multiple times to work it out however the seller was unreceptive and buyer stood at appraised value. As far as mold repairs go... I don't know what they are referring to we don't do repairs for mold. Please consider my other reviews.
