The inspection report that came back showed the shower working, I have used this inspector plenty with no issues ever. When I went to your house with the electrician and you showed me the “problem”, the shower head worked with no issue. The electrician I referred you gave me an estimate before seeing the work based on the size of the panel. He then went to see it and verified his price. I was there when he gave you the estimate and he advised you he would need to cut the drywall and that he would replace but he’s not a drywall guy. You okayed this and said it wasn’t an issue because you would put your clock over it anyways. After the work was done he showed you and you had no complaints. You then text me 3 days after work was done with these complaints. Nonetheless the electrician agreed to go above his duty and fix it. You declined. On top of this I went above my call of duty and got you $2,000 for repair of the shower head and panel and got it released to your account after the sellers agent couldn’t find anyone to do it for under the $2000 that was held back. You chose not to pay the electrician who came to your home and installed a new panel with breakers at a super fair price, but instead you decided to take the money and run
