Hi Audrey, I'm sorry that you viewed your experience with me back in 2015 as a negative one. I try my best to serve my clients well, and take all feedback seriously. I reviewed the file and emails associated with your transaction, and from what I can tell, your home sold for one of the highest amounts in its competitive set. I agree that looking back to 2015 as compared to now, it may appear that an opportunity was missed. What I can say is that given the market conditions and all other information that was presented at that time, I would not have handled it differently unless expressly instructed by you or your co-Seller.
