Showed home in 2016 in NH 03301.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsUnprofessional. Did not negotiate at all for me, didn't even try. Didn't know very much about the houses we visited. Would make a plan to show me a house and cancel due to her own personal issues.

My Mother had passed away the last day I was supposed to show her properties and she did not have a legitimate prequal. She also wanted me to negotiate a deal with one of my sellers which I did present to them and they were unable to accomodate. I went out with her many times in the evening sorry can't please everyone...I work extremely hard for my clients just can't please them all apparently....
