This accusation of being dishonest is one without any merit. My clients (the buyers who made the purchase offer) did not act with bad intentions or set out to harm this individual. They simply changed their mind after sleeping on it. This is a very common occurrence and is allowed during Attorney Review. This is not unethical or dishonest, simply a change of heart from the clients I represent. I also provided a full explanation to the seller’s agent in a timely manner.
