Tim, I can't thank you enough for such a flattering review! The pleasure was mine to assist you and your family to find your Sanibel home! I think one of the most rewarding moments was when your family, including your wife that I had only met on Facetime, came to the island after we were already under contract. The looks on all their faces seeing the home for the first time, made me smile, knowing that they were all so excited about the home, the views, how close to the beach they will be, etc.! And I could tell it made you feel the exact same way!
