That took team work with lender, builder,realtor and together we succeeded and appreciate all your efforts as well, I always share with my buyers sellers and since 1st home purchase and wouldnt go above your amount I just tried to give you ways to make it work, and sorry if those intentions arent received well as most do appreciate brainstorming trying to find best way to suit everyones needs. Ive had great relationship with lender and realtor and builder all holding hands to make this work. You've got incredible home at great price and I am thankful we were successful as the home cant be built for that price and I truly wanted you to enjoy a new home . Continued happiness in your home and wishing you the best. Sorry if my recommendations on such things as where to get washer and dryer for less or ways to cut your payment somehow offended you. Credit goes to an incredible lender that found a way to get you a lower rate and allow it to happen and thankful to a great listing realtor and builder who listened and worked hard to create and make it happen.
