Syed, I am so sorry that you were not able to get the mailbox key to this condo. I tried everything I could to locate the key but was not able to find the original and the post office would not provide me with any info since I was not an owner on the property. I followed up with the management company that the investor used for the property, the tenant that lived there previously and owner and was not able to locate a mailbox key. No one had a copy. I know that your closing went smoothly and I provided you with the keybox code that was permanently affixed to the door frame for you to be able to access at your convenience and not have to wait on me to meet you at the property.
