Billy and Tiffany came to me over a year ago. It was mire of a battle convincing one of them to move from their old house. But once that individual got on board it was full steam ahead. Working with Linda and Matt was great. They new exactly what they wanted and where they wanted to be. They valued my professional opinion that was offered and I believe it helped them get away from the first house that they were interested in that wasn’t the best fit for them. They agreed and we all worked together to save them quite a bit of money on the house they did decide they wanted. Waking into a home with automatic equity is always a good feeling and I’m glad I was able to help them achieve that. Nothing but great things ahead for the two of them.
