I am deeply disappointed by this review, which contains false and misleading information. I have never charged a $3,000 documentation fee to any buyer, and all fees and terms are clearly explained and agreed upon in writing. I follow strict ethical guidelines, including obtaining documented consent in dual agency situations. My reputation is built on trust, integrity, and unwavering dedication to my clients. It’s hurtful to see it challenged by unfounded claims
