I'm not sure I toured you this year but going by your review, here is some explaination on your recount of events. If I said I have someone else coming to see it soon, it's to let you know that the unit may rent so you know what to expect. If I said it's going for a great price, it means that it is a good price compared to other similar apartments in the area. Not sure why I got the 1 star review but I hope you found the an apartment of your liking! Keep in mind your experience with the landlord is seperate from your experience with the real estate agent.
