Hi Clair Chambers, I'm truly sorry that we weren’t able to connect as planned. I did try reaching out multiple times that morning—three calls and three texts—to confirm our appointment, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive a response until an hour beforehand. At that point, it wasn’t enough time to proceed as scheduled, and I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication. That said, I do feel it's a bit unfair to rate my local knowledge, process expertise, and negotiation skills so low when we never had the opportunity to meet or work together.
