I'm sorry to see you feel this way. Through the entire process I provided a high level of communication (provided multiple reports that gave you data on a week by week basis), remained respectful, and professional even in times when you failed to reciprocate that to me. We booked 77 showings in 90 days which is the hardcore data to back that statement. We produced an offer that went under contract for top dollar, and had strong verbal interest from multiple parties due to my efforts to sell your home. It was my fiduciary duty to SUGGEST lowering the price based on direct feedback from the market including buyers and agents who viewed the home. I let you know multiple times I was providing a suggestion to work in your best interest, not produce a sale. Sorry to hear about the damage done from other parties. Notes were provided with every showing to treat the property with respect, arm and disarm, and lock the home as you wished. Thanks for your time and as always, take care!
