    This review is inaccurate at best. During my time of working with Chris, I fully addressed all requests and issues while following real estate law and ethics. He listed his one bedroom house in Darien for sale with me last June and I brought him a buyer couple after about 3 months. After some negotiations, Chris chose not to work with them anymore. That was the only offer to purchase. He then listed the house as a rental with me and I brought him two offers (not three). One of them closed and the tenants have a one year full asking price lease. Before, during and after the listing periods there were a number of issues that needed to be addressed. There were two illegal structures that the city demanded to be taken down. Chris had given me full power of attorney and I supervised the removal of those structures. I also worked with the neighbors who erected a fence on their property line, which was upsetting to Chris. They accidentally had a part of Chris's wooden fence removed which was a problem. In response, I had that part taken off the truck and reinstalled. Our working relationship seemed to be going well until the lock to the bilco door had to be replaced, which proved to be challenging and complicated. It took much longer than anticipated due to pieces that didn't fit and had to be ordered. Chris was extremely unhappy and sharp with the progress and it became clear that this working relationship was more conflicting, time consuming and complex than I had initially anticipated. As a result, I emailed him that I can no longer be the "property manager". This seems to have led to the irritation in the above review.
