Hello Kazzondra, I want to address the accusations you made in your review. It's disappointing to hear your false claims, especially since they do not align with the experience of the hundreds of other tenants who have rented from me. My properties are well-maintained, and I prioritize their upkeep as they are important investments to me. Regarding legal matters, court records tell a different story regarding our situation. You were evicted due to nonpayment of rent, property destruction, and other violations of your lease agreement. The court's decision was in my favor, resulting in your eviction. Your accusations of harassment are baseless; they don't reflect my character or business practice. Despite the damages caused during your tenancy, I chose not to pursue criminal charges, considering the costs and the potential impact on your family. Additionally, your actions after the eviction, including falsifying another rental application, are known. Your review, filled with inaccuracies, does more to reveal your character than mine. I urge other landlords, especially in the River Valley area, to approach you and your husband, Carey Wheeler, with caution! For further clarification, I am available at 479.561.6226.
