Thanks for sharing your feedback. I am sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. I kept you up to date weekly, and never ignored your phone calls along with sending you photos of repairs that the seller had corrected for you. I verified the utilities through the listing agent and I passed it along to you because the seller verified this with the listing agent. It was an uncommon instance that the seller had taken the washer and dryer when the seller was to leave it for you, and I even paid $2,000 to get the washer and dryer put in however since most stores do not keep appliances in stock they had to be ordered and it would have been a few weeks after we closed that they would be delivered, and I stayed in constant communication with you and your mom over this furthermore I never said I knew the seller. The day we went to view the home I said the listing agent is at the same brokerage as me, but unfortunately you see it differently. So thank you again for your feedback.
