Kim is originally from Mission Viejo in the Southern California area. She graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara where she studied Business and Economics. Following College, she worked for many years for companies such as CB Richard Ellis, Sterling Homes, and the Presley Companies in the real estate accounting field.
