Born and raised in Chicago, Kurt’s real estate career started in 2015 when he obtained a learning permit and started photographing properties for a friend. Since 2016 he’s been a full-time real estate content creator. In 2018 Kurt started doing a few deals as a licensed residential leasing agent, and in 2022 he decided to get his broker’s license to package it all together and further his career in real estate.
