The person who wrote this review was not my client. My client was the seller and it was my job to protect her at all costs from the person who wrote this review, the buyer. We believe the buyer made the home purchase under false pretenses that he was going to live in the home with his family but then a few days after the purchase put the house for rent, not an option allowed with his loan type. Throughout the transaction, he pulled several bait and switch moves from his original offer to revised offer to attempting to make the seller or myself pay for his owners title policy insurance because he was upset the home was held by the seller in a trust, something that did not in any way affect his purchase. There were many challenges working with this buyer primarily due to his lack of trust in any professional working with him on this transaction and unwillingness to read contractual documents he signed. My seller was able to achieve her goal of selling the home and moving on to her next. I do hope this man can live a good life in this home that was cherished by my seller for many years.
