Lance grew up in South Carolina and moved to Ohio in the mid 1990's. He has spent his career working in the manufacturing industry in all different types of metal fabrication. Lance traveled throughout his career and enjoyed experiencing life in other countries. He began to develop a passion for real estate shortly after being exposed to the industry.
