We built in Cape Coral Florida last year and found myself asking the Contractor why progress was not being made on time.  Well after completion of the new custom home the Contractor approached me and ask me to partner with him to bring the "up north" work ethic to the building industry.  Well I did so, and we have six new homes going now and also have partnered with a green home designer as well as a custom home design firm.
