I remember listening to your plans and dreams from the beginning, such an honor. Thank you for choosing me as your preferred realtor. I recall asking you both questions like, what are your top five non negotiables for your first home? Those things you must have. What are your negotiables, those things you can do without at first and do to the home after the purchase? At what monthly payment will you be conformable? Etc.
