I am totally baffled by this review. I had sold several other homes on the same street previously for top dollar. I got this house under contract almost right away, full price, cash which sadly fell apart on a contingency after 30 days. Having said that, we had SEVERAL more offers on this home and a multitude of showings. This house was dated and had a converted garage which is a challenge in a million dollar plus neighborhood and the price and offers reflected that. I pride myself on my ethics, honesty, integrity and service to my clients. None of this has any truth to it as evidenced by the 40 plus 5 star reviews I have on Zillow.
