Sorry Josh, but we clearly explained that the Beach Home was advertised as a Short Term Rental. Our Weekly Rate is $3000.00. Our short term lease agreements prohibit people from renting from us on a long-term lease basis for you to turn around a SUB-Lease this property as an AIR BnB. We could not agree to this...
