We paid for a luxury bathroom with that a luxury bathrub and shower, a toilet and flooring… The toilet and the flooring have already had to be ripped out because underneath the flooring ROELAND left my old linoleum flooring and just put down the flooring on top never checking the wood underneath and the cheap toilet that ROELAND installed, which has been confirmed by actual plumbers to be a cheap piece of garbage toilet caused all of the water damage in the upstairs and downstairs bathroom.ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityI hired ROELAND for a bathroom remodel of our upstairs bathroom in July 2023.
