Sorry that you think I mislead you. However, you hired your own independant inspector to do the home inspection and you knew that at that point you could have canceled the deal. The health and safety repair issues you were concerned with got done and were paid at sellers expense. As far as the termite clearance. The company was paid by the seller to do all work on the house and provide you a termite clearance. Their disclaimer excluded fences. List price was 339k and in a multiple offer situation you took this home at 442k, instead of 339k ( difference of 3k).
