Harris and Lindsey ... you are the reason I am in this industry .. ... its easy to get discouraged in these times where the seller drives the market but you guys work hard and are the crème that rises to the top.. so you deserve respect and a chance in this marketplace and I find when faith based people come together they form an unstoppable bond that no seller can overcome.... but it really is just doing the golden rule and speaking up when its the right thing ... no seller should try to pass off a house with improper heat to anyone.... and I will always call them out on it and if the going gets tough I will see that the golden rule takes place... ... and I find the things of which I am most proud where oftentimes not the easiest but I enjoyed the climbed with you ... and I hope you enjoy the view now that you are on the top of the house owning mountain... may you continue to strive for what you dream and let me be the compass to get you where you are going to ...

Tyla ... a year ago if someone asked me ... that I would have a client to Christmas dinner and she would be one of my favorite clients and friends I wouldn't have believed it .... we laughed our way through the inspection and got it done in one months time .... as when you called me you had sold your home and had to be in a home when yours settled .. so you had to preoccupy .... your laid back demeanor in the face of stress helped me to keep my calm as well... we did it ... and we enjoyed it and I look forward to your being my client when you buy the big house on the hill once the warden leaves.....
