I am sorry you felt that this was a difficult closing for you. I understand you had very stressful circumstances. I am sorry that your friends deal fell out of escrow and that you were expecting that to happen in this case as well. However, it did not, everything flowed just like it was supposed to. I enjoyed talking to you about every hour to let you know where we were at during the last couple of days of the escrow. I understand that selling a house is a very scary process. Fortunately you had a good team behind you that made it all happen for you on time and you received about $70K above asking price, so that was an unexpected windfall for you. Thank you for allowing me to represent you and good luck in your new endeavors.
