1st bad review in 40 years, do you think I was the one that was rude and difficult? This buyer didn't want to get pre-approved or asked any questions. If you're looking to buy a home everyone needs to either show proof of funds and or get pre-approved. My Seller is very happy with me not wasting his time showing the home to an unquailed buyer.
