Most of us have had first conversations that ended with both parties thinking they were on the same page. It appears that it wasn't the case this time. I understand your need to see homes when you visit Cleveland over the upcoming holiday weekend. If you go out to dinner and your meal isn't prepared to your liking, you give the chef a chance to make it right for you. Correct?
