    This customer was upset about needing to sign a representation agreement to be able to tour a property. He told me his wife is a lawyer and I don't know "the law". I was not rude to him in any way and actually sent over documentation from the National Association of Realtors regarding our new requirements before showing a property. I did what I could to express how this is part of the new practice for Realtors going forward. It didn't end up working out, but I wish them the best of luck in their search for a home.
