Nicole, It is disheartening to read your review for many reasons. I did indeed do my best to guide you throughout the transaction, despite the fact that you fought me at every turn, rejecting most of my advice. No agent can force another party to accept another person’s demands. I did negotiate with great zeal on your behalf, and I believe you received all the benefits of my efforts on your behalf. As to the claims you made to me to have certain items repaired after the close of escrow, I have already discussed that with you fully, and do not want to make public statements regarding your claims. Finally, those who know me well, will find your comments about me to be totally out of character with the kind of agent and person that I am. Nevertheless, I do wish you well in your future endeavors.
