This review is inaccurate and needs to be removed. I did reply back once we knew the income, and let you know it was under the requirements. I told you I had to discuss with the owners, and they were not local. You called me over 15 times from numerous numbers after I told you we needed to hear back from the owners. We were willing to work with your application and credit with a higher deposit because you said you all made more than the rental income requirement. Once you applied, the paystubs showed they were under 2 times the monthly rent combined. You tried negotiating the deposit and the rent. I provided the rental requirements prior to meeting you at the property. My responsibility is to find qualified applicants for the owners of the home. Unfortunately with the credit, pet, and income we had to deny the application. If you would have stated the income prior to applying as you did with the credit, I would have let you know it was too much of a risk. The application fee goes to the credit report and screening reports.
