    Hi Drew, I pride myself on going above and beyond to satisfy my clients. I would like to take a moment to comment on your review. First, I spent an entire week cleaning your entire home and unclogging toilets as the home was left in poor condition once you removed all your belongings along with cleaning out the entire garage as so much trash was left everywhere for me to dispose of. After painting and making cosmetic repairs to your home, I also hired and paid a professional painter and also a contractor to do some work I was not qualified to do. After almost 3 weeks the home looked amazing and every room was staged to ensure the home showed at its best to attract potential buyers. Out of my own pocket, I put over fifteen hundred dollars to get your home show ready. As you lived almost 2 hours away and the home was vacant, I made several trips there to check on the home after storms and cleaning in between showings. The home was priced with the market upon listing it. I study the market daily to ensure my listings are priced accordingly as the market changes all the time. Price improvements are necessary when rates begin to soar up and sales prices are going down in the area. If you recall, there were negotiations going back and forth as the buyers did come up from their original offer and I even contributed a chunk of my commission to get you to the number that you needed to be at in order to solidify the deal. It was agreed in the contract that I would contribute any shortfall you had to get you to your number, which ultimately was a couple thousand dollars. At settlement, an additional credit to the sellers was made in regards to the proration for propane, this ultimately adjusted the amount of commission that was needed to get you to your number. This chunk of money you are referring to that was shorted from you was five hundred and seventeen dollars. After settlement was concluded, all parties left the attorneys office and got in their vehicles, including yourself. I was not aware that you went back in to the attorneys office until after I was well on my way back north. In regards to our mutual friend that I had power wash, he still has yet to let me know how much I owed him. I have reached out to him again to get his venmo/cash app to make him whole. You had no issues with my service until the credit was added to the settlement sheet reducing the amount of commission I had to contribute back to you.
