Thank you Rev. Pat Smith for the review provided. As I had mentioned was that this 55+ Community rental was unavailable and that if there was any other similar rentals available that I would send them along. This rental had 14 applications and the process was completed quickly so that the homeowners of the condo could have a tenant move in quickly. Sorry for the miscommunication as I do respond quickly to all inquiries whether they are available or rented or under agreement. If I can be of any assistance going forward, please reach out. Thank you for the review provided. In our market, rentals go under agreement very quickly. If I had rented the unit, either myself or my assistant would have cancelled the appointment. On occasion, we have found that many renters do not received or return our calls and so we either text or leave a voicemail to let the potential renter know of the current status and of any other rentals available that fit their needs and criteria. I am not remembering at this time which rental you were referring to, yet I do know that we intend to help anyone that reaches out to our team.
